Valiris is AI guest messaging and extras software that connects to Node, the French channel manager. Val, the Valiris extras AI, offers late check-out, early check-in and more at the right moment, with a Stripe payment link. Iris, the Valiris guest messaging AI, answers your guests in their language, inside their Airbnb and Booking.com threads in Node.
No migration. Node keeps running your calendars and channels.
Sign up to Valiris and choose Node on the first onboarding step. Node's API needs Pack 2 on your Node account.
In Node, create an API key with the messaging permissions (read and send), then paste it into Valiris. Valiris checks the key live and names any missing permission.
Valiris syncs your properties, then your bookings, and switches on live updates from Node. Add your Knowledge Base and switch the AI on.
Valiris reads what it needs from Node and replies through it.
Your Node properties sync first. A key limited to some Node properties only syncs those.
Bookings follow, with live updates from Node from then on.
Guest messages from your Airbnb and Booking.com threads in Node reach the Valiris inbox.
Iris replies inside those threads, and replies you write in Node show up in the conversation as your own messages.
Two tools, two jobs. Valiris focuses on revenue from extras and on the AI that answers guests.
Val offers paid extras like late check-out, early check-in or a travel cot when the moment fits, sends a Stripe payment link and confirms once it is paid. Guests can also buy from their own guest portal.
Iris answers from your Knowledge Base, in the language the guest writes in, day and night. Across our clients, 90% of guest messages are handled by the AI.
Allow the access codes permission on your key and Valiris can import the door code and Wi-Fi details from Node. Codes stay encrypted and go to guests only in the property's code window.
Let replies go out automatically, our recommended setting, or review sensitive ones, or every one, before they are sent.
When a message needs a person, Valiris flags it to your team instead of guessing. Add the answer to the Knowledge Base and the AI handles it next time.
Node's API is available on Pack 2. Without it, Node refuses the key and Valiris says so on the connect screen.
Late check-out and early check-in times a guest buys are not written back to Node, because Node's API cannot change a booking's times. Update the booking in Node yourself.
Your calendars, rates and channel connections stay in Node. You keep Node. You add Valiris.
With an API key you create in Node, under Paramètres, API & MCP. Add the messaging permissions (read and send), copy the key and paste it into Valiris during onboarding or in Settings, Integrations. Node shows the key only once.
Pack 2. Node's API is only available on Pack 2, so without it Node refuses the key.
No. Node stays your property management system and keeps your calendars, rates and channel connections. Valiris sits on top: it answers your guests and sells your extras.
No. Node's API cannot change a booking's times, so when a guest buys a late check-out or an early check-in, update the booking in Node yourself.
Node is one of the three PMSs we recommend, with Smoobu and Guesty. Sign up to Node and choose Pack 2 so the API is available. The first onboarding step in Valiris links to it too.
