VALIRIS connects to Vrbo through Lodgify's API. Your Vrbo properties need to be managed in Lodgify for it to work. Once connected, messages come in, VALIRIS handles them, and replies go back through the same Vrbo thread.

No. Guests use Vrbo as normal. They send a message in the Vrbo platform and receive a reply in the same conversation thread. VALIRIS works entirely behind the scenes — guests never see it.

Yes. You can disable the AI for any individual conversation and reply manually from the VALIRIS inbox. There is also an emergency kill switch that stops all AI activity across all properties instantly.
