No. We are live on Lodgify, Guesty, SuperHote and Smoobu today, and Valiris sits on top as the AI communication layer. You keep your current setup: no migration, no disruption. On a different PMS? Talk to us. We are expanding integrations and open to setting Valiris up with a new PMS. The goal is the widest PMS coverage on the market.

Each property can have its own configuration. The AI always writes as a member of your team, and the first reply of each conversation carries a short notice that an AI may be answering, as EU rules require.
Yes. Sign up and you get a 14-day Pro trial, no card. When it ends, if you have not subscribed, your account moves to the free guest portal plan: nothing is deleted, the portal, inbox, extras and scheduled messages keep working, only AI replies stop. If you sign up for the free portal instead, you can start the same trial later from inside the app, once your PMS is connected.
