Yes. VALIRIS has three approval modes: Automatic (AI sends without review), Review Sensitive (flags complex replies for your sign-off), and Review All (every response waits for your approval before sending). You choose the mode that suits your comfort level.
VALIRIS escalates the conversation to you with a push notification. You can then reply manually from the VALIRIS inbox. You can also add the missing information to your Knowledge Base so the AI handles the same question automatically next time.
